I am pleased to announce the first version of Mozaby release!

I have been developing Mozaby for a year. Now, Mozaby 1.0 passed Apple App Store review process, and finally it is released in App Store on 8th of June in your region.

I am going to develop some new features for next version release. If you have any feature requests or any comments, please put your comment on this post.

Thank you for the comment and contact!

I replied your comment message, but the mail returned with error :)

I am developing a graph function at the moment. Please expect next (or next next) release!

Apple does not support Zabbix server send alert to iPhone directly, so it is difficult to implement push notification function. I am searching a good way for that.

    Feature request:

A way to connect via 2-Way SSL is essential to us for security reasons. The iPhone’s browser does work this way, but for obvious reasons, it’s less than optimal.

Another way to think of 2-Way SSL is the use of a client certificate for authentication to an SSL enabled site.

      Thank you for the comment!

PKCS12 certification can be installed into iPhone, so I guess SSL client authentication can be used in Mozaby (I have not tested).

However, I don’t know 2-way ssl well. I will ckeck it.

    Thanks for this great product.

I love the fact that you can have multiple zabbix servers without DM.

    We need Maps, and graphs.
    Favorites would be great too.

Hi, I just installed the App. I’m using the Basic authentication as well as the regular Zabbix authetication. I configured both authentication in the settings od the app and the app always reports an Authentication error although I verified the authentication data many many times. Any idea?

      Hi Michel,

Could you please check apache access/error log?

Demo server can be working with basic authentication, so I guess there is an other problem in your case.

Thanks for the response. I changed the basic authentication password in the app and in the server and found out that the app can’t authenticate if the password contains the character ‘#’. Otherwise it works fine.
If you allow, one more comment to improve the app: When a server monitoring is ‘enabled’ or ‘disabled’ it shows as ‘enable’ or ‘disable’ which normally means an Action when clicked on and not the status. Therefore I would suggest to change the wording from ‘enable’ or ‘disable’ to ‘enabled’ or ‘disabled’.

Thank you very much for your comment & suggestion!

I have just changed ‘enable’ and ‘disable’ word on host and item screen. I will try to improve password problem as well.

Hi as I tried the app further, I found that if for a host an item has been disabled but not its trigger, the standard Zabbix interface automatically ignores the trigger and doesn’t produce an alarm. In your app you seem to only consider the triggers and not the items themselves. This results in the display of multiple trigger alarms where in fact they should be ignored since the the corresponding items are disabled. Other Zabbix apps for android for example do take this in consideration and avoids showing alarms for those cases. I would definitely suggest to consider both triggers and their items to be both enabled before displaying any alarm.
    Best regards

I have installed the Zabbix 2.0.1 sevrer and it work’s, but that’s basically it. As soon as I start collecting data (even for a single host and as simple as sending the http get to a public web), the interface becomes unresponsive.
